About us:
The Mangosuthu University of Technology is one of the most recognized universities of technology in KZN which specials in engineering.
The SAIEE MUT STUDENT CHAPTER are range of student come from the Electrical engineering department which is under the South African Instituter of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE). The SAIEE is dynamic community of aspiring electrical engineering professionals.
What we do:
At the MUT SAIEE STUDENT CHAPTER, we care and believe in enriching and empowering young engineers and fostering growth in the field of engineering. We organize a range of different activity to improve the understanding and academic of our member’s professional journey. Our typically calendar include:
- Launch event:We do event such as opening event for students, awareness event, engaging events and industry related events through partnerships with industry experts and organization, we host events that delve into current trends, innovations, and challenges within the electrical engineering field.
- Project related:community project, school project and awareness project.
- Fun activity:hosting games, fun competition, and fun out camping.
- Year-end reflection:thanksgiving and celebrate our achievements and reflect on our experiences.
